地心引力，是地球上最溫柔也最沉重的物理定律。從我們學會站立行走的那天起，人體的骨骼與筋肉，便日復一日地在重力之間尋求動態平衡。然而，現代文明帶來的長坐久視，卻在日積月累的慣性中，破壞了這項結構秩序。面對這場無聲的身體危機，新型態的物理醫療透過科學的精準調理，將身體重新調校回最舒適的狀態。當理性的力學重建，遇上撫慰心靈的藍天意象，一座兼具科學與美學的療癒場域，正悄悄在台北的街頭誕生。

由覺引設計操刀規劃的彼湛物理治療所，推翻傳統民俗推拿與冰冷診所的刻板印象，將專業的物理治療與功能性健身完美融合。

Gravity is arguably the gentlest, yet heaviest, physical law on Earth. From the day we learned to stand and walk, our bones and muscles have sought a daily dynamic balance against its pull. However, the sedentary habits and prolonged screen time brought about by modern civilization have gradually disrupted this structural order through long-term inertia. In the face of this silent bodily crisis, a new approach to physical therapy utilizes precise scientific calibration to return the body to its optimal state. When the rational reconstruction of body mechanics meets the soothing imagery of a blue sky, a healing space that blends science and aesthetics quietly emerges on the streets of Taipei.
Designed by Jour en Design, Bezhan Physiotherapy Centre shatters the stereotypes of conventional manual therapy clinics and sterile medical facilities, seamlessly integrating professional physical therapy with functional fitness.

從街邊躍出的活力藍，打造極具記憶點的視覺識別

初次走進這條醫療與健康產業林立的街道，目光很難不被彼湛物理治療所的門面所吸引。在覺引設計的規劃下，這座室內僅有 24 坪的狹長格局，跳脫出飽含生命力的視覺層次。

這抹搶眼的天青嵐源自於業主熱愛運動、開朗陽光的性格，以及鍾情於「山、雲與藍天」的純淨意象。覺引設計將純淨且富有動能的色調，一路從門頭招牌延伸至室內的指標與視覺識別中；並結合品牌名稱「彼湛」所轉化而成的具象化大拇指「比讚」的標誌，以直覺且極具記憶點的視覺語言，向城市中往來的行旅無聲宣告：這裡，將是一處讓肉體與心靈重獲新生的活力之所。

A Vibrant Urban Intervention: Crafting a Highly Memorable Visual Identity
Walking down this street lined with healthcare and wellness businesses, it’s hard not to be drawn to BeZhan's facade. Under the guidance of Jour en Design, this narrow 24-ping (approx. 79 sqm / 850 sq. ft.) footprint breaks free from its constraints, delivering a visual depth brimming with vitality.
This eye-catching sky blue originates from the owner’s sunny, athletic personality and their love for the pure imagery of "mountains, clouds, and blue skies." Jour en Design extended this energetic yet pure palette from the storefront signage into the interior wayfinding and visual identity. Paired with a thumbs-up logo—a clever visual pun on the brand’s Mandarin name, "BeZhan," which sounds exactly like "giving a thumbs up"—this intuitive and highly memorable visual language silently declares to passersby: this is a vibrant sanctuary where body and mind are reborn.

顛覆傳統的科學重塑，運用材質構築的未來氛圍

為了呼應物理治療本身講求力學與生物科學的醫療本質，設計總監 Joy 運用帶有未來感的鐵件元素與微透光中空板，以乾淨俐落的幾何線條，為空間勾勒出如同現代實驗室般的科學氛圍。

推開大門，沉穩的空間調性隨著玄關步履率先釋出。腳下踩著具備編織紋理且兼顧無障礙安全的進口波隆（Bolon）地毯，前方則以帶有優雅弧形格柵的鐵件屏風作為過渡，阻絕開門見山的視線，在保障內部學員隱私的同時，也為落塵區構築起一道若隱若現的防線。

A Scientific Paradigm Shift: Crafting a Futuristic Atmosphere Through Materiality
To echo the medical essence of physical therapy, which is deeply rooted in biomechanics, Design Director Joy utilized futuristic architectural metalwork and semi-transparent polycarbonate sheets. With clean, crisp geometric lines, the design outlines a scientific atmosphere akin to a modern laboratory.
Pushing open the front door, a grounded spatial tone immediately greets you at the entryway. Underfoot is an imported Bolon woven vinyl floor that ensures barrier-free safety. Ahead, a graceful, curved metal louvered screen serves as a transition, preventing a direct, immediate view into the clinic. This safeguards the privacy of clients inside while establishing a subtle, semi-transparent boundary for the foyer.

光影與機能的變形魔術，一實一虛的坪效最大化

接待櫃檯立面大膽選用建築級中空板，與後方沉穩的鍍鈦金屬牆面形成一虛一實的強烈對比。當夜幕低垂，櫃檯內嵌的藍色 LED 燈徐徐點亮，幽藍光暈穿透中空板縱向的微型蜂巢結構，在入門處折射出純淨未來感。與之呼應的是，空間內部同樣運用霧面中空板構築診療室隔間，霧面微透光特質能將採光引入室內深處，在守護診療私密之餘，也能徹底化解傳統實牆的封閉與壓迫。

The Magic of Light and Function: Optimizing the Spatial Footprint
The reception desk facade boldly features architectural-grade polycarbonate sheets, creating a striking interplay of opacity and transparency against the deep titanium-plated metal wall behind it. As night falls, embedded blue LEDs in the desk slowly illuminate. The soft blue glow penetrates the vertical micro-honeycomb structure of the sheets, casting a pure, futuristic vibe at the entrance. Echoing this, frosted polycarbonate sheets are also used for the treatment room partitions. Their semi-transparent nature draws natural light deep into the interior, maintaining treatment privacy while completely eliminating the claustrophobia and pressure of traditional solid walls.

此外，第一間診療室特別以彈性活動隔屏作為界分，當隔屏完全敞開，視野與採光得以順暢延伸與成倍放大，搭配廊道牆面預留投影布幕的機能彈性，隨時能無縫切換為社區里民的衛教講座課堂，完美打破有限坪數限制，更為業主在未來的商業營運上，創造出無限的彈性與可能。

這場關於坪效與動線的微型實驗，也一併體現在無障礙廁所的規劃中。設計團隊捨棄常規醫療空間常見的白牆，挑選帶有細緻藍色顆粒的灰調水磨石花磚，以貼半高的工法增添內斂雅緻氣息，與全域的「藍天」企業色形成一場趣味的美學對應。

Furthermore, the first treatment room utilizes a flexible, movable partition. When fully opened, the view and natural light extend smoothly, effectively doubling the sense of space. Paired with a projector screen cleverly integrated into the corridor wall, the area can seamlessly transition into a health education classroom for the local community. This perfectly shatters the constraints of the limited square footage, creating infinite flexibility and possibilities for the owner's future business operations.
This micro-experiment in spatial maximization and circulation extends to the accessible restroom. Abandoning the stark white walls typical of medical spaces, the design team opted for gray terrazzo tiles speckled with subtle blue details. Applied to the lower half of the walls, this technique adds a restrained elegance, creating a playful aesthetic connection with the overarching "sky blue" corporate identity.

卸下枷鎖的療癒治所，以體感細節翻轉冰冷醫療

在彼湛物理治療所，覺引設計精準地捕捉醫病雙方的隱形平衡點，物理治療不再是傳統概念的推拿，藉由空間細節與設計，將身體的物理科學轉化爲觸手可及的舒暢體感，期望每一位造訪的人都能在充滿質感的氛圍中，卸下文明病的枷鎖，一步步找回肉體與心靈的完美物理重心。

An Unshackled Sanctuary: Subverting Cold Clinical Spaces with Sensorial Details
"Whether it's a commercial space or a medical facility, my primary concern is always the user's experience," says Design Director Joy warmly.
At BeZhan, Jour en Design accurately captures the invisible balance between practitioner and patient. Here, physical therapy is no longer just the traditional concept of massage. Through spatial details and thoughtful design, the physical science of the body is translated into a tangible, soothing experience. The hope is that every visitor can shed the heavy chains of modern lifestyle ailments in a highly textured atmosphere, step by step reclaiming the perfect physical center of gravity for both body and mind.
