我們都有過這樣的經驗。站在路旁一個不經意的午陽斜照，光線照亮了身旁人的側臉，你感到一種靜置的美；或是某個冷冬雨日，咖啡廳裡一盞暖黃色的吊燈，讓整個空間都慢了下來。光從來不只是用來看見的工具，它更像是一種氛圍的容器，承載著我們對某個時刻的記憶與情緒。而這也是為什麼，當我們試圖在家中營造「想長久待著」的感覺時，光線將成為一份決定性的存在，擔任空間情緒的最後一筆落款。

那麼什麼樣的燈具設計，能真實回應這份對光的講究與渴望?

我想，或許是那種不會在深夜閱讀時感到刺眼、卻又能在晨間喚醒空間溫度的光。又或者是可以隨著一日時序的變換，自在調整角度的燈具。當你需要專注時它聚焦在桌面，當你想放鬆時它退居為柔和的背景。不管是何種想像，人們期待的，都是一盞能與生活同步呼吸的燈。

 
 

  • We have all felt it: the way a shaft of afternoon sunlight can suddenly capture a moment, or how a warm lamp in a café seems to slow time down on a cold day. Light is rarely just for seeing; it shapes the atmosphere and holds our memories.

    This desire to linger is exactly what we seek to cultivate at home. More than just a utility, lighting anchors how we feel in a space.

    But what kind of design truly answers this need? It requires a balance: a light gentle enough for late-night reading, yet vibrant enough to warm a room in the morning. It must adjust to the day’s rhythm—focusing when we need to concentrate, then retreating into a soft background glow when it is time to relax. 台灣設計品牌 SEEDDESIGN 喜的精品燈飾，在 2025 年末推出的全新系列 FLO，是品牌的一次「溫柔轉身」，也是對這份期待的具體回應。由設計師李穎宣操刀的 FLO，別於過往品牌常見的俐落切線，他運用更具包容性的流體力學線條，讓優雅的曲線輪廓與精心調校的光源相互疊合，光自此游移在這份柔和的曲度間，場域也隨著這份安定而沈靜下來。

 
 

  • A Gentle Pivot

    Answering this call, Taiwanese lighting brand SEEDDESIGN launched its new FLO series at the end of 2025. Designed by Lee, Ying Hsuan, FLO represents a "gentle pivot" for the brand. Departing from SEEDDESIGN’s signature clean-cut, mechanical lines, FLO employs fluid dynamics to create elegant, embracing contours. Here, meticulously calibrated light sources harmonize with organic curves, allowing the space to settle into a profound stillness.

 
 
 
 

FLO：光隨曲線自在流動的設計革新


對於熟悉 SEEDDESIGN 的設計迷來說，FLO 的出現或許會讓你感到一絲驚喜。過去，我們習慣 SEEDDESIGN 精準、俐落切割的機械美學；然而這回，FLO 卻展現另一種更貼近自然的優雅姿態。

設計師李穎宣以「流動(Flow)」作為核心概念，探索光線在空間中的物理行為與情感共鳴。他不僅關注光如何被看見，更在意光如何被感受、怎麼在尋常生活裡，作為無聲的陪伴。在他的思考裡，光有了功能之外的意義：它能形塑環境情緒、引導視線軌跡、甚至無形影響居住者的心境。

燈體如同自然垂墜的葉片，又似水流凝結的瞬間。這份和諧的有機感，讓燈具在現代建築的線條切割間，完美扮演了「柔化劑」的角色，為空間帶來一種「靜謐卻不冷漠，溫暖而不喧嘩」的細膩質地。

 
 

  • Where Light Flows Freely

    For design enthusiasts familiar with SEEDDESIGN, FLO offers a pleasant surprise. While the brand is known for its precise, mechanical aesthetic, FLO reveals a different kind of elegance, one closer to nature.

    Lee adopted "Flow" as the core concept, exploring both the physical behavior of light and its emotional resonance. He is concerned not just with how light is seen, but how it is felt, becoming a silent companion in everyday life. In his vision, light shapes the mood of an environment, guides the gaze, and invisibly influences the state of mind.

    The fixture’s body resembles cascading leaves or the frozen motion of flowing water. This organic quality acts as a perfect "softening agent" amidst the linear cuts of modern architecture, introducing a texture that is serene yet not indifferent, warm yet not clamorous.

 
 
 
 

精算過後的溫柔光場


「眩光」時常是許多造型燈具讓人感到不便之處，李穎宣深知這點，於是 FLO 的結構設計，導入了精密的嵌合工藝。透過反覆調校燈罩與遮光片的比例與角度，FLO 成功將光源完整「包覆」。這意味著無論使用者身處空間哪個角落，感受到的皆是經過漫射、過濾後的純淨光暈。「不張揚卻耐看」的光感層次，即是喜的燈飾長期推出燈款以來，始終強調的嚴謹態度。

 
 

  • A Tenderly Calculated Field

    It is worth noting that FLO’s curves are not merely decorative; they are a meticulously considered arrangement of optical pathways.

    Lee was keenly aware that "glare" is the shortcoming of many decorative fixtures. To address this, FLO incorporates precise craftsmanship. Through repeated calibration of the shade’s proportions and angles, the design achieves complete "envelopment" of the light source. No matter where you stand in the room, the experience is one of a pure, diffused luminous aura. This understated layering of light embodies the rigorous attitude that has defined SEEDDESIGN’s history.

 
 
 
 

機械結構與生活溫度的對話


當然，SEEDDESIGN 品牌 DNA 中最迷人的「互動性」，在 FLO 系列依然不可或缺。為了讓光能以最溫柔的方式觸及空間每一角落，FLO 延續了可調整的機械結構，但在這裡，機械感被巧妙地隱藏在流線外型之下。透過精巧的轉動，使用者可以依照閱讀、用餐或休憩的需求，直覺地改變光的方向。

    The captivating "interactivity" central to SEEDDESIGN’s DNA remains indispensable in FLO. To allow light to reach every corner gently, the series continues the brand’s tradition of adjustable structures, but conceals the mechanics beneath a streamlined form. Through delicate rotation, users can intuitively change the direction of light—shifting from precise functional lighting for reading or dining, to a gently diffused ambient glow.
